BTQ Financial has been named to City & State New York‘s 2026 Top Workplaces, an annual list recognizing the 40 best places to work across New York’s government, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors.
The honor is especially meaningful because of how it’s earned. City & State builds the list from reader nominations, then vets each one through anonymous employee reviews and other publicly available information. In other words, the recognition comes straight from the people who know a workplace best — its own team.
