Renée Bonilla serves as Managing Partner at BTQ Financial overseeing the entire organization. With a focus on client satisfaction and growth, Renée leverages her extensive experience to ensure BTQ meets the evolving needs of its nonprofit clients.
Renée brings 25 years of senior executive experience, most notably at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, where she excelled in managing business operations, optimizing technology use, and leading M&A efforts. Her expertise in building and leading large client success teams and navigating periods of change is instrumental in BTQ’s mission to provide top-tier financial services. She collaborates closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, offering strategic guidance to optimize financial performance and support long-term sustainability.
Renée holds an MBA from Boston College and a BBA from Abilene Christian University. Renée actively participates in local nonprofit boards and is a member of CHIEF, a network supporting women executive leaders.
Andrew is a Partner at BTQ Financial and the Director of Client Operations, overseeing comprehensive financial management services with an emphasis on delivery. With over thirteen years of experience at global professional service firms, including PwC and KPMG, Andrew brings deep expertise in operational strategy and guiding organizations through complex financial challenges. Immediately prior to joining BTQ, he was part of BDO’s nonprofit advisory practice, where he led client-facing teams with a people-centered approach to improving financial and operational processes, leveraging technology solutions and strategic insights to drive success for nonprofit organizations.
Outside of his professional role, he is committed to community service, mentoring young professionals, teaching financial management to underserved teens, and serving on a few nonprofit boards. His dedication to fostering positive change is reflected in both his career and personal life.
Andrew holds a dual degree in Accounting and Information Systems from CUNY Queens College and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Innovation and Management from Columbia University.
Naima Chisolm has been with BTQ Financial for 20 years, serving as Director of Business Development and often as a CFO for clients. She ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, overseeing contracts management, accounts payable, Medicaid billing, and fiscal audits. Naima’s leadership in financial administration allows nonprofits to focus on their missions.
Her career began as an Associate in Investment Banking and then as a Vice President of Finance for a publicly traded staffing firm before transitioning to the nonprofit sector as a Director of Finance for a Brooklyn-based social service provider.
Naima serves on the board of NoirUnited International and is a former Treasurer for the National Black MBA Association. She was named to the 2024 Who’s Who in Budgeting and Finance by City & State New York.
Naima holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
As a Client Manager, Sean Berry serves as the BTQ Financial point of contact for his clients, overseeing the accounting and financial management of twelve companies, including five revolving loan funds. He is responsible for the timely and accurate presentation of monthly financial statements, oversight of the annual budgeting process, and management of the annual external audit.
Prior to joining BTQ, Sean worked with a nonprofit in New York focused on governance consulting and executive recruitment for nonprofits in the Northeast. Before that, Sean spent eight years in a small business environment in the transportation industry.
Sean graduated with a B.A. from CUNY Queens College with a double major in Political Science and Urban Studies. He is currently pursuing an MPA in Nonprofit Administration from CUNY Baruch College.
Ed Randazzo serves as Director of Revenue Cycle Operations for BTQ Financial, where he oversees revenue cycle management and medical billing for nonprofit organizations. With a deep understanding of working with government and commercial payers, Ed aims to reduce the financial administrative burden on nonprofits and enhance their revenue.
Ed brings over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, including roles at Northwell Health and Hospital for Special Surgery. His expertise in managing billing processes has led to significant revenue improvements.
Ed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo, a Master’s degree in healthcare administration from Hofstra University, and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
Experienced Chief Financial Officer with demonstrated progressive success in the Accounting, Healthcare and non-profit industries. Skilled in Accounting, Mergers, Budgeting, Cash Management, Auditing, General Ledger, Financial Analysis and software implementations. Strong leader with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
With more than two decades of experience, Nilda Diaz brings a wide range of financial management, operational, and strategic capabilities to her role as Practice Manager at BTQ. She ensures the delivery of accurate and timely regulatory filings.
Nilda’s career has focused on community-supporting organizations. At 1199 National Benefit Fund, she rose to assistant controller, and as a controller for the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services, she managed a $250 million budget. Before joining BTQ, she was CFO for Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York.
She finds cooking therapeutic and enjoys catering Caribbean-infused meals for various events
Eduard Bulku is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience managing finance and accounting for non-profit organizations. As Practice Manager, Eduard oversees a diverse portfolio of over fifteen Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and Human/Social Service agencies, ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Eduard’s career is marked by his ability to guide strategic planning processes and navigate complex audits, including those for federally funded programs. His expertise spans various programs, including health services, mental health clinics, and community housing initiatives.
Eduard has held senior roles as Senior VP of Finance for numerous NFPs, where he supervised finance, grant management, and accounting teams. He is adept at preparing and presenting financial statements and budgets to executive leadership and board members, providing insightful analysis of financial trends and risks.
With a passion for financial stewardship and community service, Eduard continues to make a significant impact in the non-profit sector, leveraging his skills to support organizations that serve vulnerable populations.
A veteran of the Army, Eduard holds an MBA in Corporate Finance & Strategic Management from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in System Engineering with a minor in Finance from the Turkish Army Academy. He is fluent in Albanian, Turkish, and Italian, which enhances his ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments.
